Finding focus when it feels elusive.
Sustaining focus as a neurodivergent person can be challenging. I’ve spent the last few years really paying attention to what I need for focus to feel accessible. I’ve identified six core items that help boost my ability to focus.
Why I focus on neuro-affirming support for writers and creatives.
Every neurodivergent individual has needs that are unique and essential to their authentic self expression.
