Resources for neurodivergent writers.

I update this list as I find various resources that may be useful neurodivergent writers.

I do not personally endorse or profit from any of the resources below.

  • The Autism Books by Autistic Authors Project: An ongoing catalogue of both fiction and non-fiction books written about and related to autism by autistic authors.

  • The Conscious Style Guide: “To learn how you can use language to include, respect, and empower…”

  • Hair by Topher ($): neurodivergent and sensory-friendly haircuts in Amsterdam and New York.

  • It’s Pronounced Metrosexual: with information on gender, sexuality, and social justice.

  • Trans Data Library: “collects reliable, carefully sourced information on the organizations and individuals engaged in anti-trans activism with the goal of de-mystifying these groups, their connections, and aims for the public.”

  • Weirdly Successful’s Neurodivergent Glossary

  • Wild Brains: For those of you who are self-publishing, this is a community of neurodivergent small business owners. UK based, but global community.

  • Writers.com ($): An excellent variety of virtual writing workshops.
