As an AuDHD woman, when I seek organization, Iām seeking a sense of calm and a feeling of control. And the best way to feel calm and in control of my life is to connect with my intuitive self and trust in my ability to meet my own needs.

Every neurodivergent individual has needs that are unique and essential to their authentic self expression. I bring my neurodivergent self to my work because I have accepted that I cannot exist any other way. I need to approach life and work from my heart and with my whole self, and I want the people I work with to be able to show up in the same way.
